Social Media House Rules

Here are our house rules to help ensure a positive experience for everyone:
- Respect the Platform and Our Terms:
Familiarise yourself with the terms of use of the social media platforms we utilise. Please also review our Privacy Notice.
- Speak Respectfully:
While differences of opinion are encouraged, personal attacks, obscene language, violent content, abusive behaviour, discrimination, defamatory statements, unlawful activity, or threats will not be tolerated. We value healthy debate, but any posts containing misinformation may be removed.
- Original Content and Ownership:
We appreciate your creative contributions, such as videos, photos, and poems, but only share content for which you own the rights or have obtained proper permissions. Responsibility for the content you share lies with you. We may share your content on the same platform, giving you credit by tagging your social media handle or using your name, if you grant us permission. Copyright ownership remains with you, and you can request the removal of your content from our channels or blog at any time.
- Stay On Topic:
Please keep your posts relevant to our interests and topics. Posts that detract from our messages or ongoing conversations, dominate discussions or contain commercial advertising will be addressed. We do not engage with commercial or political posts. Repeat offenders may be subject to restrictions.
- Respect Privacy:
Protect personal information and respect privacy. Avoid sharing email addresses, phone numbers, or identifiable information in public posts or comments. If necessary, share personal information via private messages or email.
- Be Part of Our Community:
Report content or comments that violate platform terms or our house rules. We encourage a safe and respectful online community. Users not adhering to our rules may have their comments hidden, removed, or be blocked. Offensive content may also be reported to the platform.
- Know What to Expect:
Our primary office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We actively manage our social media channels during these hours, but for urgent matters outside these times, responses may be delayed. We aim to address inquiries promptly.
