SAVE Britain's Heritage has partnered with the London Festival of Architecture (LFA) to host a series of walks and a panel discussion that celebrate and reimagine architecture with a particular focus on places with rich stories to tell. The events explore the city’s past and future through a lens of innovative city-making.

Angel Revisited

Join SAVE and Alec Forshaw, former head of design and conservation at Islington on a guided walking tour exploring Islington's vibrant streets, focusing on the transformative projects shaping the area around Angel.

– A SAVE, Donald Insall Associates & LFA Panel Discussion

Join our expert panel for a pragmatic discussion on the future of unlisted historic buildings in the face of the climate crisis and how we can reimagine them as valuable assets – culturally, environmentally and financially.

– A  SAVE & LFA Walking Tour through the hidden heart of the City

Last seen more than six centuries ago, the hidden currents of the Walbrook still flow beneath the modern streetscape of the City of London. Follow its forgotten path, threading through the ever-changing urban fabric from Shoreditch to the Thames itself. Along this journey, we delve into the historical, cultural, and architectural layers that define its course, culminating in a rendezvous on the Thames foreshore.
