Inaugural Saviour Event
We are delighted to announce our inaugural Saviour Symposium to be hosted by Trustee Dan Cruickshank on 2nd March. It is an opportunity for Saviours to hear in depth and up to date news on cases and campaigns from members of the SAVE team.
The event will begin with a tour by led by Dan Cruickshank around Spitalfields, London, a historically rich area currently under threat from large-scale demolition and development. The campaigns to halt these harmful developments have been led by our friends at The Spitalfields Trust, with SAVE providing campaign support and letters of objection. Dan has been involved in these battles for over 30 years.
Following the tour, Dan has kindly agreed to host us all for a drink at his house, where Marcus Binney and the SAVE team will give a brief talk about our recent and ongoing cases.
It promises to be a fantastic evening and we very much hope you can join us.
The tour will commence promptly at 5pm and last approximately one hour. If you cannot make it for the tour, you are welcome to join us for drinks from 6.15. The evening will end at 8pm.
Numbers are restricted, so please RSVP as soon as possible to office@savebritainsheritage.org or telephone the SAVE office 020 7253 3500, following which we will send you detailed directions.
