EVENT: SAVE Tour of Liverpool

Join SAVE on a special tour of Liverpool with Jonthan Brown, SAVE's Northern Caseworker and Director of Share the City.

SAVE has had a long history of championing Liverpool’s heritage stretching back 40 years. We have fought to save and reuse landmarks that were once under threat, such as the Albert Dock, St Francis Xavier’s church, the Lyceum, and more recently the Littlewoods Building, Granby and the Welsh Streets. We have produced four publications on the city’s splendid architectural heritage.

This special afternoon tour will take in many of the buildings that SAVE has been involved in rescuing. We will travel through the city by bus, before finishing for a drink in the splendid Grade II* Listed Philharmonic Dining Rooms.

On the tour we will see: Lime Street, the waterfront, Albert Dock, Stanley Dock, St Francis Xavier's church, the Welsh Streets, Granby Streets, Sefton Park.

Start Location: Main Exit of Lime Street Station
