The scale of achievement is exemplary, showcasing what can be achieved by making the best of a great deal of beautiful, historic C19 shipbuilding estate. It was only by walking around with Eric Reynolds that we can begin to comprehend the life of creative industries, education, charity, a working pier, heritage boats and on and on. It was a wonderful visit!
