SAVE lecture: 'Magic, Beauty and Mystery: Exploring the glories of the great pottery churches.'
We're very pleased to announce that this year's SAVE lecture will be given by Matthew Rice, the painter, writer and architectural enthusiast, and will focus on the great pottery churches.
It is taking place on Tuesday 26th November in St Mary Abchurch, a breathtaking and atmospheric Wren church in the City of London. The church is presently being run by The Friends of City Churches, partly set up by SAVE, who are kindly allowing us to use the church for the evening.
The lecture starts at 7.30 and there will be drinks afterwards. For further details please see the attached invitation.
Tickets are priced at £15 and and can be reserved by sending a cheque to SAVE Britain's Heritage, 70 Cowcross Street, London, EC1M 6EJ, or by paying through the paypal link on our homepage, leaving a note that it is for the lecture.
